The cold-shoulder top has been a topic of debate in the fashion world. Some experts say that the cold-shoulder trend is dead, while others argue that the trend is still alive, and being worn by celebrities and fashion bloggers everywhere. I personally agree that the cold shoulder trend is still alive. I find these tops to be the perfect way to ease into the warmer spring weather.
If you haven’t already noticed by the pictures above, I added a little twist to this week’s blog post. While shooting this past week with my awesome photographer I decided to show off not one but TWO, of my new favorite cold shoulder tops!
In the first two pictures I’m wearing a short sleeve, cold shoulder top purchased from Boohoo. In the last three pictures you will see me wearing a top purchased from Zara; which has the cold shoulder detail, in a long sleeve style. Both shirts have my most recent obsession on it, RUFFLES. I love the ruffle detail, it’s super girly and dresses up the outfit.
If you’re not showing some kind of shoulder this spring season then you’re doing it wrong! Whether it be the cold- shoulder, or the off- the shoulder look, if you want to be on trend this spring then you’re going to need to show some skin!
I don’t know about my readers, but I definitely won’t be giving this trend the “cold-shoulder” just yet!
